Answer	w.s. agar aap ne talaq apne ekhteyar se di thi or us waqt aap ki niyat bhi thi or talaq ke silsile ki digar sharayet mojood thi to talaq sahih thi. (ref: tawzihul masail Aqai sistani (d.b.) masaala no. 2507 & 2508)
