I am 21 year old and want to do mutah with a girl. She wants to do it too but shes afraid of asking her father because she thinks that our future of getting married permenantly would be in danger and her father will not allow it cause the idea of mutah is pretty much alien here. Shes a virgin right now. Theres a great of possibilty of us falling into sin if we dont do mutah. But shes afraid to ask her father. Answer	If a girl has reached the age of bulugh and is virgin and mature (i.e. she can decide what is in her own interest) wishes to marry, she should, obtain permission from her father or paternal grandfather, and if she may be looking after her own affairs it is obligatory precaution for her also to get permission from them .
