Question	Salam! Is light make up which is Invisible and just brings freshness on the face, No lipstick, no eye make up, just light face powder and cream) allowed for ladies in a public gathering?
Answer	If makeup and powder so light that which are not consider as a cosmetic(i.e zeenat) then it is permissible for women to open their face in front of Na-mehmam men.but if you do this work(using light makeup and powder) with intention of cosmetic perpose(i.e zeenat) then it is obligatory to conceal their faces from na-mehram men.
