salam, sir i want to ask u that if some one get mutah but only girl and a boy know about this mutah not their parents aware of this muthah so this mutah is commited?? if no so if during that time boy touched her phiancy many times so what is its kaffara? & then after words there is any problem in nikah with the same person or they can do nikah?? plz sir reply me soon plz . Answer	If a girl has reached the age of bulugh and is virgin and mature (i.e. she can decide what is in her own interest) wishes to marry, she should, obtain permission from her father or paternal grandfather, and if she may be looking after her own affairs it is obligatory precaution for her also to get permission from them .
