Agar is ki wajah se fasaad ka khof ho to jaiz nahi. Aur agar baat cheet hidayat aur saaleh kaam per mustimal ho, jab k haram me waqae honay ka khof bhi na ho to koe haraj nahi. (ref : Mujtahid se pouchey gay sawalat part # 3, ques # 139, pg # 66). |
