Assalam-O-Alykum
Due to some family disputes, I wrote a "Talaq-e-Salasa" and some standard wording of Divorce on a Stamp Paper and sent it to the Union Council and to My Wife. However, after a month or so, I realized that I should take my wife back by reconciliation. But all my efforts failed. After expiry of four months, she along with her Lawyer, presented in the Civil Court and presented there the Divorce Paper and claimed that She has been Divorced and the Judge accepted too. My Question is, Whether she is really divorced as I never uttered the Words of Talaq in Arabic from My mouth in the presence of Two Just Persons and 12 days before writing divorce,we had intercourse too. My Question is whether she is still my wife and how divorce can be challanged in the court.
