A male Muslim cannot marry a non-Muslim woman who are not Ahl-ul-Kitab, However, There is no harm in contracting temporary marriage with Jewish and Christians women. Translation: Muslman mardon ka Ahl-e-kitab (yahoodi aur christian) auratoo sai mutah krnay mai koi haraj nhi hai. Albatta kafir auraton sai mutah nhi ho sakta hai. 2- Marrying a woman who is known publicly as an adulterer is not permissible as a measure of precaution except after repentance (tawbah).(Ref:http://www.alulbayt.com/rulings/11.htm )
