Question ID
Mujtahid Name -- None --
Question Me and my wife both are shia and i have said that i am divorcing to my wife on several occasions, while i am always in fight with her.I say it in Arbi as written in Tuhfa tul awam, said many times but during one session, and always ruju her within few hours, never in the presence of any gawah.Since it has happened several times over few years,i want to know whether she still is my wife or not?If this talaq is valid, what options we might have to keep our marriage? Really appreciate your answer.
Answer It is necessary that the formula of divorce is pronounced in correct Arabic using the word “Taliq”; and two just (Adil) persons should hear it. If there is no two adil people the divorce is not accured. It is also necessary that at the time of divorce, wife is Pak from Haidth and Nifas also.
