Answer	If the Organization has the permission to take Zakaat and Khums by the mujtahid/mufti(Islamic jurist) so it can be given the zakaat and khums.(Ref : Ayatullah Sistani(d.b),Tauzeehul masail , edition # 1414 , maslah # 1889 , 1816 , ALLAH TAALA tofiqaat main izafa farmaae).
