Answer	Is sawal sai jo samajh aya hain os k mutabiq Agar koi miyat Islamic ilaqay sai milay to os par zahiran musalman ka hokum lagay ga aur agar wo kafir ilaqay sai milay to ehtiyat e lazim ki bina par os ko bhi zahiran muslaman mana jae ga. (Ref : Minhaj us salaheen Ayat ullah sistani d.b. part # 1, masla # before 303) (Khuda aap ki tawfiqaat mein izafa farmaye).
