2)Sar dard k dor honay k lie surah e taha surah # 20 ki ayat # 25 ta 28 ko 3 dafa parhnay sai sar dard mai bohat ifaqa hota hai.
3)Sar dard k lie kali chai mai dhanya k beejh pisay huay aur kachay angoor k ras ko mila kar pi liay jay, faida ho ga.(Ref : 2000 Dastoorul Amal pg # 400, 404)(Khuda aap ki tawfiqaat mein izafa farmaye).
