Asslamu alaikum… I am a 24 year old Muslim sister I fell in love with a Muslim boy who is religious and very good by his character. He is my college mate. We liked each other at first we had telephonic conversations. Later his mother called my mother and asked me for his son. My mother was happy with it. Our relationship continued over phone and we started to live like husband and wife by informing each other our every single activities and health conditions. For past three years we came to know about each other very well. We are stable in our love and it is increasing day by day. Only today i came to know that communicating with each other is a sin even though In sha allah I am going to marry him .Days are going on like this. As since it is taking time for him to get settled I have to continue my phone conversations. Please help me for I don’t know whether I can communicate with him without any sinful talks. Can I just enquire his health and ask him about whether he is having his food properly? Can I tell him my salaam after every prayer? Both of us feel deadly without texting.. is decent conversations to my fiancé allowed in Islam? He is so good loving ,caring and trust worthy. Please help me I need your guidance to seek allah and to be pure by heart and soul. I want to live with him in both the worlds for i want to be in jannath with him.. in sha allah aameen.. I hope there are many girls in my situation let my question help them to follow the righteous path of allah… . Masla # 5266

Answer	1)Agar larki se is niyat se phone per bat ki jey k bad me us ko propose karey ga aur shadi karey ga to agar darmian me agar koi aisi bat na ho jo aik musalman k shaya ne shan nahi he to koi haraj nahi he. (ref : Mujtahid se pouchey gay sawalat part # 4, ques # 124, pg # 65) 2)Agar lazzat ka irade aur haram mein mubtila hone k khof k bagheir aur kisi burai ka baa’is na bane to koi haraj nahei he. (REF : KITAB NIGAH AUR LIBAS ques # 77 pg # 57) 3)Jins e mukhalif se dosti kerna jaiz nahei koun ke ghuna me mubtila hone ka khof majood he. ( kitab nigah aur libas ques # 106 , pg # 69). (Khuda aap ki tawfiqaat mein izafa farmaye).
