Answer	Jee haan bilkul kr sakta hai, balkeh agr talaq rijee (rujoo wali) ho to agr orat abhi tak talaq ki iddat men ho to baghair nikah kiye us ki taraf ruju ker sakta hai, lekin agr talaq ki iddat khatam hogai ho to is surat men nikah krna hoga, lekin jo talaq di thi agr wo 3rd(teesri) talaq thi to us k bad wo orat os merd se nikah kersakti hay jab wo kisi or merd se shadi kare or chand sharit k sath talaq le phir ye pehle se shadi jaiz hogi .(Ref:Ayat Ullah Seestani(d.b), Tauzee hul masael,Edition# 35,Mafhoom e Maslah # 2486).
