Asalam o Alaikum, It is about one of my friend, he is shia and he also do taqleed of Ayat-ul-Allah Seestani. He wants to marry a girl who is already in nikkah with someone else, but that girl agreed on taking divorce with her husband and want to marry with my friend according to islam. But, My friend already had a sex (zina) with that girl when she was in nikkah with someone else. Now is it possible to do nikkah or muttah with that girl? now she is divorced. And i want to ask about halaala?? what is it?? and is it exist in fiqha e jafiriya?? Please do reply, I will be very thankful. W.salam. . Masla # 53605

Answer	G nahi ab wo orat Ehtitat e wajib ki bina ap k dost per hamesha k liye haram hogai hai, lehaza ab unka nikah nahi hosakta.
