Answer	Ghusl will be wajib in both conditions if you are confirmed that the liquid discharged is surely semen although body slackened or not and discharged emitted by force or not but when you got doubtful about liquid that wether its semen or not you should see these conditions,if conditions are present that declares Semen and if any or all condition(s) are absent then this is not consider semen (Tauzeh-ul-masail,ayatullah Sistan d.b.,33th edition,mslah#344,345).
