Answer 1-Nihaar moonh khajoor k saath dhoodh peenay se khoon saaf hota hay or wazan(weight) main izafa hota hay. 2- Hara dhaniyah (Green Coriander) ka taza ras or lemoo(Lemon) ka ras mila ker rozana subah peenay se khoon saaf hota hay or wazan(weight) bertha hay. 3- Raat ko bhens(buffalo) k dhoodh main sabut chanay bhigo dain or subah kha lain, is se qoowat aati hay or wazan main izafa hota hay. 4- Khajoor(dates) 10 tola or khishmish( raisin) 5 tola rozana khanay se bilkul sookhay hoay aadmi k jism main naya khoon paida hota hay or bohot faida hota hay. (Khuda aap ki tawfiqaat mein izafa farmaye)
