Question	a husband can give divorce if thay had no sexual relation between husband ad wife not even for one time.
Answer	It is valid to divorce a woman even if she is in Haidh even the husband has not had sexual intercourse with her wife after marriage.(Ref:Ayatullah Sistani(d.b), Tauzihul masail, Maslah# 2464). (Khuda aap ki tawfiqaat mein izafa farmaye)
