I received a text about fast on 9 and 10 of muharram saying it's harram to observe fast on these days.It was reffering to a book named "Damat-ul-sakiba vol#2" narrated by Abdul Malik from Imam Jaffar a.s. My question is, Is there any book of this tittle ? coz i didn't found it on google. If for example on a certain day when offering fast was harram but I observe at that day, then what i may as i had already made niiat of it? . Masla # 59608

Answer	10 muhaaram ko roza rakhna makroo hai. (Ref: Ayatullah Sistani(d.b),Tauzeehul masail 31st edition, maslah # 1717) (Khuda aap ki tawfiqaat mein izafa farmaye).
