1-Nihaar moonh khajoor k saath dhoodh peenay se khoon saaf hota hay or wazan(weight) main izafa hota hay.
2- Hara dhaniyah (Green Coriander) ka taza ras or lemoo(Lemon) ka ras mila ker rozana subah peenay se khoon saaf hota hay or wazan(weight) bertha hay.
3- Khajoor(dates) 10 tola or khishmish( raisin) 5 tola rozana khanay se bilkul sookhay hoay aadmi k jism main naya khoon paida hota hay or bohot faida hota hay. (Khuda aap ki tawfiqaat mein izafa farmaye)
4- Mandarja zail 5 ayaat ko suba ki namaz ke bad 11 martaba pani pe dam ker ke pi lay tu os ka qad lamba,baal ghanay or nazar-e-bad ke asraat se mahfooz rahe ga.
