salam Moulana sahab i got khulaa from court ex husband lives in canada he said take khula from court and i will not divorce you........ its has been five years he said this is not divorce you cant married again moula sahab i want a family life and kids but he can not provide it he is impotent,psycho aggressive .... will i remain suspended in this position through whole my life???? . Answer	Wssalam o alykum, court se di gaae talaaq e khula ki Shari hasiyat nahi hai. (Ref : Aqa Sistani,Jadeed faqhi masail , masala # 413 , eidition # 5 , Allah Taala hi tofiqaat main izafa farmaane wala hai). Note: aap apne shohar ko razi ker k talaq dene per razi karin.
