Assalaamu alaikum, I am working as a in Saudi Arabia,my age is 28 yrs and residence of India lucknow, I was engaged with one girl in Lucknow age 26yrs itself for one year it was suppose to arrange marriage , till one year we are talking and sharing thoughts of each other for our future , and we started loving each other a lot as if we cant stay without each other now , but girls father is noe having some issue he is not getting ready for this marriage we as well as girl family members try to convince him but he is not getting ready for this , everyone in his and my home had talked with him but he is not getting ready, now we are planning to do nikaah without telling her father my family members will be there at the time of nikaah and her mother and sister will be also there for the same. Please suggest us that this will be ok according to the our culture, as we try a lot to convince her father . Masla # 63680

Answer	Nikah sahi nahi hoga Q k nikah mai shart ye hai k kawari (virgin) lerki os waqt tak nikah nahi ker sakti jab tak k lerki ka wali (Baap ya Dada) larki ko nikah ki ijazat nahi deden.or yehi hokum ehtiyaat e wajib ki bin (base) per os sorat main bhi hay k jab larki khud mukhtar or baligh bhi ho. agar lerki kawari nah ho tu os k liay baap ya dada ki ijazat ki zororat nahi hay.
