Salam. I have life insurance policies on which i pay premium annually. For that purpose i keep a side a specific amount every month. Would that payment allowed to be deducted from the savings for the calculation of khums? . Masla # 70203

Question	Salam. I have life insurance policies on which i pay premium annually. For that purpose i keep a side a specific amount every month. Would that payment allowed to be deducted from the savings for the calculation of khums?
Answer	If before premium due date , khums date reached, then khums will be paid on that amount. (Ref:Ayat Ullah Seestani(d.b), Ahkam e Khums o Fitra, Mutarajjim Syed Tabish Jawaid Rizvi, Mafhoom e Maslah #2298,2320). Update on dated 07.03.16. (Khuda aap ko Uloom e Aal e Muhammad(s.a.w.w) sekhne ka ajar ata farmaey).
