Answer Wazan kam karne k lie: Pakay hoay lemoo(Lemons) k ras main shehed(honey) mila ker chaatnay se motapay se nijaat milti hay. 2- pakay hoay lemoo(Lemons) ka ras 2 1/2 tolay or shehed(honey) 20 tola lay ker thorhay se garam pani main milain. Khana khanay k fauran baad ye pani peenay se 1, 2 maah(month) main motapay(fatness) se nijaat mil jati hay. 3- Tulsi k patay aisay hi chaba lain ya inhain chaach main mila ker khanay se wazan(weight) kam hota hay, jism main charbi(fats) kam hoti hay or jism mutanasib hota hay. 4- Neem garam pani(half boiled) main shehed(honey) mila ker subah nihaar moonh peenay se charbi(fats) main kami hoti hay.
