Answer	Shaitani waswaso or bure khayalaat se mehfooz rehne k liay har namaz k baad or raat ko sone se pehle sorah mominoon ki ayat#97,98 ko perh lain. (Ref: Nawaey saliheen, Mafhoom e pg#335). Update on dated 30-12-2017. (Khuda aap ko Uloom e Aal e Muhammad(s.a.w.w) sekhne ka ajar ata farmaey).
