Question Asalam o alaikm, Mera sawal hy ke mein ibadat krna chahti hon, qaza namazein or roze ada krna chahti hon or esi ibadat krna chahti hon jis se Allah pak khosh hon. Please mujhy kuch esa bta dein ke mein ibadat kr sakon because mein wajib mein hi thak jati hon or sobah neend ki wjah se na fajr ada kr pati na tahajud please please meri madad frmaen mein sobha ko namaz ke liyen kese othon me preshan hon boht. Ek or masla ye he ke molana sahab, mera qad(height) boht choti hy or meri age 19 years , is height ki reason se na mein taleem me age bar paa rahi hon na sahi se prda kr paa rahi hon jahan jati hon log mazak orate hein or batein kehte hein meny koshish ki warzish ki pr mujh se na hoi or kamzoi hogai... please ap se meri gozarish hy mujhy height ke liyen doa ya dawa bta di jye Ek baat mein koi dua ka likhna, wala amal nahin kr sakti. Allah ap ko jaza-e- kher de or ap ka akhir ba iman kare amen summa amen khudara meri madad jald farmaye...  
Answer Jis shakhs ki namaz qaza hojaye to zaruri hai k uski qaza parhne men kotahi na kre albatta uska foran parhna wajib nahi hai (Ref: Ayatullah Sistani(d.b),Tauzee hul masail 31st Edition, page # 216, Masla# 1358) Agr kisi shakhs kin namazen qaza ho gai hon or wo ye na janta ho ya bhool gaya ho k un qaza namazon ki tadad kiya hai to agr wo chhote adad k hisab se parh le to kafi hai lekin behtr ye hai kn itni namazen parhe k use yaqeen hojaye k saari qaza namazen parhj li hen, misal agr wo bhool jaye k uski subah ki kitni namazen qaza hui thin or use yaqeen ho k 10 se ziyada na thin to ehtiyatn subah ki 10 namazen parhe. Or yehi hukm rozon k bar men bhi hai.(1668) (Ref : Ayatullah Sistani(d.b),Tauzee hul masail 31st Edition, page # 217, Masla# 1364) Neend jis qadr is insan ki tabyat men hoti hai us qadr hi aati hia albatta bazz afrad susti ki bin pr ziyada sote hen or samjhte hen k unhen neend ziyada aati hai, namaz-e-fajr k liye uthne ka behtar tareeka rat ko jald sona hai jitna jald soengi utna sawer taza zehn se uthengi, is k liye ap kuch zaraye or bhi istamal kr sakti hen jese apne cell_phone men alaram set krlen. Or ibaadat men rohaniyat peda karne ke liye har din men (ALLAHO) ka tawajjo ke sath 1000 baar wird kejye. (Ref : Naway e salaheen pg # 2763) (Khuda aap ki tawfiqaat mein izafa farmaye) Darj zail ayaat e majeeda ko subah ki namaz k baad 11 martaba pani par dam kar k pi lain to qad lamba, baal ghanay aur nazar e bd sai mehfooz rahain gay. i: Surah e furqan surah # 25,ayat # 45 ka shru ka kuch hissa, ( ﺍﻠﻡﺘﺮﺍﻠﻰﺮﺑﻚﻜﻴﻑﻤﺪﱠﺍﻠﻆﻞﱠ ) ii: surah hajj surah # 22, ayat # 5 ka kuch hissa (ﻔﺎﺬﺍﺍﻨﺰﻠﻨﺎ…………ﻭﺭﺑﺖ), iii:surah e fateh surah # 48, ayat # 29 ka kuch hissa (ﺴﻮﻘﻪ ……… ﻜﺰﺭﻉﺍﺨﺭﺝ), iv:surah e qalam surah 68 , ayat # 50 and 51 (ﻭﺍﻦﻴﻜﺎﺪﺍﻟﺬﻴﻦ………ﺬﻜﺭﻠﻠﻌﻟﻤﻴﻦ) (Ref : Naway e Salaheen pg # 327) wazifay par bhi amal karain jo is k alawa qad ko barhanay k lie homoeopathic k drops aatay hain jin k istemal sai bhi faida ho ga. aap apnay qareebi homoeopathic store sai kent 35 khareed kar din mai 3 time aik ghont pani mai 10 drops daal kar istemal karain. Drops k nam (kent 35) hai.(Khuda aap ki tawfiqaat mein izafa farmaye).
