Answer: 1: Hadees me aath(8) qisim ki khawateen par lanat ki gayei hai, ikhtisar ke sath sirf ko zikr kiya jaa raha hai ke Imam Jaffar Sadiq(a.s) farmatay hain ke Rasool e Akram(s.a.w.w) ne " washima(واشمہ) yani godne wali aurat aur mustaushima(مستوشمہ) yani godwane wali aurat par laanat ki hai ". is hadees me washima aur mustaushima ka jo zikr aaya hai, is me ye bayan kiya gaya hai ke wo aurat jo apne jism mein husn ke liye godwa kar neel (ya is tarah ka rang) waghera bharwati thi wo is liye aisa karti thi taake wo jawan or khoobsurat nazar aaye aur us ke liye acha rishta aaye yani dosron ko dhoka dene ke liye aisa kiya karti thi, is wajah se Rasool(s.a.w.w) ne us par lanat ki hai, yani lanat ki asal wajah sirf apne aap ko haseen or khoobsurat bana kar dhoka dena thi wagarna to is me koi harj nahin hai.
2: Fiqhi maslah ye hai ke Tattoo banana jaiz hai magar: 1)Wuzu ya ghusl ke liye paani puhnchne men rukawat na banay, lekin agar paani ke puhnchne men rukawat banay to use hatana wajib hai. 2)Gunah main mubtila hone ka khauf na ho, lekin agar khauf ho to jaiz nahin. 3)Tattoo se galat aqaid ki tarweej na ho, lekin agar is se galat aqaid ki tarweej ho to jaiz nahin. 4)Allah taala ka nam ya quran ki koi ayat na ho. lekin agar Allah taala ka nam ya quran ki koi ayat ho to jaiz nahin. 5)Isi tarah agar aurat ke liye zeenat shumar ho to na mehram se chupana wajib hai.

2: Tasweer ki 3 qismain hain.
1) Ze rooh maslan insan aur hewan ka moujasma banana. Ye mutlaqan ehtiyaat e wajib ki bina par haram hay chahay mokammal ho ya naqis(incomplete).
2) Zee rooh (insan aur janwar) ki tasweer (painting) banana. Ye jaiz hay.
3) Gair e zee rooh (maslan darakht) ki tasweer (painting) banana. Ye mutlaqan jaiz hay chahay mujasma hi q na ho.

Question: Kia Tattoo Banwane se namaz batin hojati hai ?

Answer: 1: Khud Tattoo banana jaiz hai lekin is ki chand soortain hain ke jin ki wajah se jaiz nahin hoga.
1) Wuzu ya ghusl ke liye paani puhnchne men rukawat bane to use hatana zaroori hai warna wuzu ya ghusl sahi nahin hoga aur wuzu ya ghusl sahi na ho to namaz bhi sahi nahin hogi, lekin agar paani ke puhnchne men rukawat na bane to use hatana wajib nahin hai, aur wuzu, ghusl aur namaz bhi sahi hai.
2) Agar ghunah me mubtila hone ka khauf na ho to jaiz hai, lekin agar khauf ho to jaiz nahin.
3) Tattoo se galat aqaid ki tarweej na ho to jaiz hai, lekin agar is se galat aqaid ki tarweej ho to jaiz nahin.
4) Allah taala ka naam ya quran ki koi ayat na ho to jaiz hai. lekin agar Allah taala ka naam ya quran ki koi ayat ho to jaiz nahin.
5) Isi tarah agar aurat ke liye zeenat shumar ho to na mehram se chupana wajib hai.

Question: Assalamu alaikum. Can you please guide as to what is the ruling of ayatollah sistani on tatoos? Animal tatoos permitted? Sistani sb's website states that they are permissible and does not elaborate any further (https://www.sistani.org/english/qa/01336/) however and a lot of the people I have talked to say the sametrue? thing. However, some people say it's makrooh and it makes namaz makrooh as well. Also some people say that images of animal/ human faces are haram and that even animal sillouhettes/ outlines are makrooh, is that true? Please advise, JazakAllah.

Answer: It is allowed to make a permanent tatoo on a body buit there are some conditions..
1. It should not be obsrtuct for Wadho or Gusal
2. The person has no Fear to fall into sins during the process or after
3. False beliefs are not being promoted by tatoo
4. No Quranic verse or Name of Allah Should be written as tatoo
5. Its makroh to make a human or a animal as tatoo
6. For Women, it is wajib to cover it from Na-Mehram if the tatoo is considered as Adornment (Zeenat)
